QuoteWerks Classes

Who should attend? Users and consultants that would like to maximize the effectiveness of QuoteWerks. When? There is currently no upcoming training classes: TBD (from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Free lunch is included in class tuition) Where? Aspire Technologies, Inc 7680 Universal Blvd Suite 360 Orlando, FL 32819 map What? The training format will be classroom style. Attendees will be provided with a user manual, paper and pen to supplement the projection screen presentation. We encourage the attendee to bring a laptop to follow along using their own QuoteWerks setup. Power strips will be provided at each table. You can watch previous Training Classes. The training class will cover the following topics • General Introduction • Contact Management • Datalink for contact managers • Creating Quotes • Setting up Products and creating product databases • Different Pricing Methods • Importing Products • Quote Sheet Features • Ways to search for products • Printing Quotes • Customizing the Print Layouts • E-mail Features • Fax Rush/OmniRush Feature • Bundles • Configurator • Security • User Preferences • Customizing Columns (Product and Quote) and fields (Custom Tab and Product columns) • Tools/Options • Converting quotes to Orders or Invoices • Management Reports • Report designer Formulas • Document Management • Quote Synchronization Features • Quote Templates • Peachtree Link (Time Permitting) • QuickBooks Link (Time Permitting) How Much? The cost is $399.00 per person attending which includes lunch on the day of the class. The attendee is responsible for hotel and travel reservation and expenses. Attendees must provide this for themselves. Airport Information There are two airports in the Orlando Area: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest to the training classes (20-30 minutes). There is also the Orlando Executive Airport (ORL). Most hotels in the area provide a shuttle service to and from MCO. Delta Airlines has its hub at Orlando International Airport.
