Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
A message with the following appears:
Failed to initialilze VBOX error # 0010-0016-0120

Cause:
VBOX is intertwined with anti-piracy software used with demo versions of software. QuoteWerks does not use this program in its demo. When installing the full version of ACT! 2000 or another application after a downloaded demo it appears the .dll is not properly registered which causes this issue.

Solution:
Contact the application's technical support that utilizes this software. In our experience, ACT! is known to use this software.
