Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
Runtime Error 429

Cause:
There are some control files that have not been registered properly or have become corrupt.

Solution:
1. Close all programs including virus checkers, instant messengers, pop-up blockers and any other programs that run in the system tray.
2. Navigate to the \QuoteWerks directory.
3. Locate and Run the nsetup.exe
