Quickbooks - Error 3250 when Exporting as Sales Order, Estimate, or Invoice

Issue:
When exporting a document from QuoteWerks to QuickBooks as a Sales Order an error message appears:



The export will then be cancelled without completing.

Cause:
Upgrade QuickBooks to the Premier or Enterprise Version or change the Transaction Type to Estimate or Invoice in the QuickBooks Link Setup (go to Tools -> Export to QuickBooks, click the Setup button and then the Transaction Type drop down is on the very first tab).
Solution:
Upgrade QuickBooks to Premier or Enterprise Version or export the document as an Estimate or Invoice from QuoteWerks.

UPDATE:

This error can also occur if the area inside of QuickBooks is disabled. For example, the user in question was receiving the error when trying to export an Estimate, because the Estimates in QuickBooks was disabled. Test to see if the document can be created manually in QuickBooks, and then test again in QuoteWerks.
