Error - Error 438 When Sending an Email

Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:

When trying to send an email through QuoteWerks, user receives Run-time error 438 and QuoteWerks crashes.

Cause:

Some of the control files for the QuoteWerks Node have not been properly registered in Windows.

Solution:

- While on the computer that is getting the error, browse to the main QuoteWerks folder and locate the file called Nsetup.exe (or just NSetup).

- Be sure to close all programs, including anti-virus programs, pop-up blockers, chat programs, etc.

- Double-click the Nsetup file and follow the prompts.

- Reboot the computer
