Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
The Realtime Pricing with Tech Data not available and I have a realtime link license entered in the license manager in QuoteWerks.

Cause:
You do not have a product data source named "Tech Data"

Solution:
Rename your Tech Data data source to Tech Data. We have seen instances where the data source was techdata without a space.
