Issue:

I have a document with different items with old Foreign (alternate) Currency price unit (i.e., EUR). I want to modify the exchange rates and the update the price of the each item on the document with new exchange rates. How can I do that?

Solution:

To refresh the exchange rate on an older document, perform the following procedures:

- Be sure to adjust your updated exchange rate from the Utilities->Exchange Rate Maintenance menu.

- After setting the new exchange rate, you will need to restart QuoteWerks

- Once QuoteWerks is open again, open the document you wish to refresh

- Go to the Sale Info Tab and select a different exchange rate, then change it back to the original exchange rate so that the new exchange rate refreshes the document.
