Are you using the most current release of QuoteWerks?
Version 24.0 Build 2
Issue:
When we did our Quotewerks install I had the web connector setup on all the systems. Now that the Web Connector is no longer used, is there an easy way to uninstall that option?


Solution:

Click on Start->Programs->Startup. Locate the Web Connector. Right-Click on the Web Connector and delete it. (Make sure you have exited the Web Connector from the system tray first.)
You can then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\QuoteWerks and delete the webconnector.exe from that location to make sure it does not start up again.


Note: The QuoteWerks Web Connector was a legacy connector that allowed web applications to communicate with QuoteWerks. This technology has been replaced by more modern communication methods..
