Question

After registering for a user name and password and entering the information into QuoteWerks, why don't any products come up with available content.

Answer:

Two possible causes.

1) Under the Real-time and then Product Content tab of the Tools -> Options menu, the language currently needs to be set to English (UK), not English (US).

2) The subscription level for the login also needs to be set to XML, not URL. This can be changed by logging into www.icecat.biz and editing the profile details.
