QuickBooks - Error (91) clicking the Setup button

Issue:

When user clicks the Setup button in QuoteWerks, receives:

Error (91) in LoadComboWithListData
Object variable or With block variable not set

DataName=CustomerMsg
ResultName=CustomerMsg
FieldName=*
FilterField=

Cause:

For this particular instance, the Customer Message list in QuickBooks has an invalid line. It may be blank or it may be corrupted.

Solution:

Remove any blank lines from the Customer Message field or any lines that are obviously corrupted (containing unusual ASCII characters for example).

This error may reference different fields in the latter half of the message, which will indicate the root area of the problem in QuickBooks.
