MS CRM - Error creating MS CRM object!

Issue:

When user attempts to integrate with MS CRM, they receive the message

Error creating MS CRM object!
Class does not support Automation, or does not support expected interface

Cause:

The MS CRM link is not installed correctly.

Solution:

Uninstall the QuoteWerks 4.0 MS CRM link from within Add/Remove Programs and reinstall using the QWMSCRMIntSetup.msi file located within the main QuoteWerks folder. Once it reinstalls, test the integration again; this time it should work.
