QuoteWerks PartLocator for Tech Data

Etilize provides the QuoteWerks Product Content Subscription with many of the products available from Tech Data. New products and products that Etilize does not have complete specifications for are not available in the Etilize feed, however. Etilize does not always have Tech Data part numbers for items in it's database either. The QuoteWerks PartLocator solves these issues. Every night, we import the full Tech Data parts list and supplements the information returned from Etilize.

Import Tech Data Quotes | Tech Data Real-time SAP Quote Retrieval

As a result of the collaboration between QuoteWerks and Tech Data, QuoteWerks retrieves quotes created by Tech Data sales reps directly from Tech Data's internal SAP system. This feature enables you to view a comprehensive list and import all Tech Data Quotes created by Tech Data's sales reps, or created by yourself on the techdata.com website. You can also be on the phone with your Tech Data sales rep, have them tell you their quote number, and you can enter it right into QuoteWerks without having to wait for an email attachment or copying and pasting into the quote. This feature requires QuoteWerks Real-time Module and Tech Data USA XML real-time credentials or a valid Tech Data USA account login. Watch a short video.

Import CCW Quotes Using Cisco 1Source

Cisco 1Source is a platform that enables you to seamlessly and quickly create and manage Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) quotes and estimates with Tech Data's order system. With this feature, you can retrieve Cisco CCW Deals, CCW Estimates, CCW Quotes, and CCW Renewal Quotes. When you request these Cisco CCW quotes, behind the scenes the Tech Data API requests them from Cisco and copies them into a Tech Data SAP quote which is then returned to be imported into QuoteWerks. QuoteWerks automates this entire workflow for you.

Tech Data Website Shopping Cart Importer

Ever put items in your Tech Data shopping cart while shopping on the website and then realize that you need to create a quote for those items? Use the QuoteWerks Paste Special feature designed to work with the Tech Data Website Shopping Cart export. The Paste Special Wizard can also import the saved search results from a Tech Data website search.
